Jimmy Mack began in sales with the Bally Athletic chain in the late 80’s. It didn't take long for his unique skills in lead management to become apparent. Given a free hand to create new marketing
strategies and hone them to perfection, Jimmy developed routes, trained PR drivers and created a new box placement system that soon meant 20 to 25 boxes could be placed in a single afternoon (100-125 in five business days).
After getting the routes in place, the creation of a phone room began. With Jimmy managing both the routes and the phone center, Bally’s soon realized outstanding results.
Five years and five cities later, Jimmy joined Q the Sports Club team. Within four years, over 70,000 outreach boxes had been placed in twenty cities resulting in well over twenty-five million in revenues generated. Recognized for his outstanding contributions, Jimmy was promoted to Q national vice-president of the lead management and telemarketing department. In 2006 this same program was installed for Karate America, Chief Master Clark, in Jacksonville and from lead boxes and the call center $1,200,000.00 in revenues was added to the bottom line.
After leaving the large health club chains, Jimmy Mack began experimenting with many other industries the first year to see if his concept would work for any business, and it did.
Jimmy Mack formed Master Mack Marketing to assist companies large and small in marketing their business.
